Mocheetos was born in 2019 when María and Carlos Reyes brought their grandmother's pollo recipe from Puebla to Los Angeles. What started as a weekend pop-up at the Eastside Farmers Market turned into the neighborhood's most-loved chicken spot.
Every piece of chicken is marinated for a full 24 hours in our family's proprietary blend of 12 Mexican spices — ancho chile, cumin, Mexican oregano, garlic, and nine more that stay our secret. That's not marketing. That's just how Abuela made it.
